By creating an account, signing in, or using CalorieQuest, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use CalorieQuest
You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use CalorieQuest on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Health, nutrition, and AI estimates
CalorieQuest provides calorie, nutrition, activity, and habit tracking tools for informational and educational purposes only. The Service is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional guidance.
AI-generated nutrition analysis may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting meal details before relying on them. Consult a qualified professional before making health, diet, fitness, or medical decisions.
5. User content
You may upload meal photos, profile images, recipe information, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant CalorieQuest permission to process, store, display, and use it as needed to provide and improve the Service.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or violates another person's privacy.
6. Third-party services
CalorieQuest may integrate with third-party services, including Firebase, Google, Apple, Facebook, app-store payment providers, Apple Health, and Health Connect. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
CalorieQuest may offer paid features such as Pro access, subscriptions, trials, or one-time purchases. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the relevant app store unless otherwise stated in the purchase flow.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except as allowed by law;
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

CalorieQuest, including its design, branding, software, content, and features, is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for your own content, you may not use our materials without permission.
